Absolutely love this place! The team here is fantastic. They always make my kids feel comfortable, and the doctors are incredibly knowledgeable. My daughter had a pretty bad cold recently, and they took such great care of her. They listened to all my concerns and answered my questions patiently. I also appreciate how quickly we were in and out for our appointment. Plus, the location is super convenient for me. If I had to mention one area for improvement, it would be the parking situation; it can get a bit hectic during busy hours. But overall, this is a great spot for pediatric care, and I highly recommend it!

I can’t say enough positive things about my experience! From the moment we stepped into the clinic, the atmosphere was welcoming. The decor is bright and cheerful, which really sets the tone for a pediatric visit. My child had a checkup, and the staff was incredibly friendly and attentive. Dr. Smith took the time to explain everything we needed to know in a way that was easy for my 5-year-old to understand, which I greatly appreciated. What impressed me most was how she actively engaged my child in the conversation, asking questions and encouraging him to share his thoughts about his health. It made the visit so much less intimidating for him! The only minor hiccup was the wait time; we arrived right on time for our appointment, but had to wait around 20 minutes before being seen. However, the quality of care we received more than made up for that. The staff also followed up after our visit to check on my child's well-being, which shows they truly care. I would highly recommend this clinic to any parent looking for compassionate and thorough care for their little ones!

As a first-time parent, I was really nervous about finding the right pediatrician for my newborn. After reading some online reviews, I decided to give this clinic a try. I was pleasantly surprised by how warm and caring everyone was. The nurses greeted us with huge smiles, which helped ease my anxiety right away. Dr. Lee was amazing; she took her time and made sure we understood everything about our baby's health. I loved that she encouraged us to ask questions and even offered some great tips for new parents. The only thing I wish they had was a more streamlined check-in process. I felt a bit overwhelmed with the paperwork, especially with a fussy baby in my arms. Other than that, I couldn’t be happier with the care we received. My son has been a patient here for a few years now, and I can say that the staff really goes above and beyond. The waiting area is filled with fun toys and books, keeping the kids entertained, which makes waiting a breeze. During his last visit, we were particularly impressed with how thorough the doctor was during the examination. She took the time to explain not just what she was doing, but why it was important. My son loves his doctor, which is such a relief for us as parents! One small suggestion I would make is to improve communication regarding appointment reminders.
